Once you have carefully read the information and made note of all important performance and rehearsal dates you may complete the information below and submit it online or you may fill out a hard copy (either download a hard copy by CLICKING HERE or get a copy in the music room) and send it to Mrs. Mark. Either way, a parent permission slip must be submitted with signatures from both student and guardian.
Submission should be completed by September 21st.

TUESDAY, Sept. 11 - 7th Band
WEDNESDAY, Sept. 12 - 8th Band
THURSDAY, Sept. 13 - 7/8 Orchestra
FRIDAY, Sept. 14 - 6th Orchestra
ALL Bands & Orchestras begin regular rehearsals, with instruments, the week of September 17th
